NQT – Portsmouth – Primary
Teaching Personnel work with more schools than anyone else as we are the UK’s largest Education recruitment agency. We work with schools & nursery’s to provide staff for short-term & long-term placements and we need more staff!

We find that working supply is great for NQT’s & Students as you receive a varied experience across ages and in different environments. This can be an excellent way to work out where you would like to specialise once you receive your QTS, whilst also increasing your resume.

We would like to see NQT’s who are looking to work from September in Portsmouth Primary schools. We do our best to match you with local opportunities, that fit your aspirations and aid your development. We will consider NQT’s with only placement experience, as well as those who are currently working in schools as an NQT.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a conscientious and empathetic person who is capable of being firm when required.
- Someone who strives to help pupils reach their potential.
- Someone looking for Teaching experience following or proceeding an NQT or Teaching course.
- Be an imaginative problem solver and good communicator.
- Be ready to make a profound difference in pupil’s education.
