The Role:

  • Location: Loughborough

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll be leading pre-planned lessons, keeping students engaged, and ensuring a positive learning environment. No lesson planning, no marking – just real classroom experience!

Who Should Apply?

Individuals with Behaviour Management Experience – Tutors, sports coaches, youth workers, and mentors welcome!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Deliver pre-set lessons across different subjects
Maintain classroom engagement & follow behaviour policies
Support students to stay on track with their work
Provide feedback to teachers on student progress

Requirements:

✔ Confidence to lead a classroom & engage students
✔ Right to work in the UK
✔ Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply)
