Teaching Assistant – Derby – Full-time – 6 Week Contract
Teaching Personnel are recruiting a Teaching Assistant on behalf of a Secondary School based in Derby who are looking to recruit a teaching assistant to start September 2021, full-time for 6 weeks.
The successful candidate will be working on a 1 to 1 basis with a student that has significant attachment issues.
Suitable candidates will be expected to have prior experience working with children and an understanding of how to engage and support children’s learning and be able push pupils to close learning gaps.
Candidate requirements:
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Relevant experience
- Passionate about education or aspirations to teach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
