Job description

Are you a passionate and experienced Maths tutor looking to make a difference? We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Maths Tutor to support students in Rochdale and help them achieve their academic goals.

As a Maths Tutor, you will provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions for students of various ages and abilities, ranging from primary to GCSE level. You will help students build confidence in their mathematical abilities, improve their understanding of key concepts, and guide them through exam preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, tailored Maths lessons that meet individual learning needs
  • Provide support for students preparing for exams and assessments
  • Help students improve their problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Track student progress and offer constructive feedback to parents or guardians
  • Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
