About the Role: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students, providing tailored support and assistance to help them succeed in their academic journey. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting students with a range of learning and physical needs.
- Adapting teaching materials to suit individual learning styles.
- Encouraging students to develop independence, confidence, and resilience.
- Assisting in classroom management to create a positive, inclusive environment.
- Working closely with teachers and other staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans.

- Experience working with children or adults with special educational needs (desirable).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
