About the Role: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students, providing tailored support and assistance to help them succeed in their academic journey. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting students with a range of learning and physical needs.
• Adapting teaching materials to suit individual learning styles.
• Encouraging students to develop independence, confidence, and resilience.
• Assisting in classroom management to create a positive, inclusive environment.
• Working closely with teachers and other staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans.
