Teaching Assistant in Chorley!

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, helping them achieve their full potential.
- Support students with special educational needs (SEN) and create an inclusive atmosphere.
- Help manage classroom activities and promote positive behaviour.
- Build strong relationships with students and staff to ensure a nurturing and supportive learning environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for working with children.
- Excellent communication skills, both with children and colleagues.
- Previous experience working in a school or educational setting is desirable, but not essential.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
