KS1 Teacher Required
Area: Clapham
Salary: MPS/UPS, Dependent on experience
Start: April 2025
Contract: Fulltime, Permanent

A highly reputable and Ofsted-rated ‘GOOD’ primary school in Clapham is seeking a dedicated and passionate KS1 Teacher to join their permanent staff team from April 2025. This welcoming and nurturing school is committed to delivering high-quality education and promoting a positive learning environment for all pupils.

The Role:

The successful candidate will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.
  • Foster a supportive and stimulating classroom atmosphere that encourages pupil participation and development.
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing regular feedback to pupils and parents.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school’s continued success.
  • Uphold the school’s values and commitment to inclusion and diversity.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience teaching within Key Stage 1.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Be enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to professional development.
  • Show a genuine passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on young learners.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
