KS1 Teacher Required
Area: Croydon
Salary: MPS/UPS, Dependent on experience
Start: April 2025
Contract: Fulltime, Permanent

A highly reputable and Ofsted-rated GOOD primary school in Croydon is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to join their permanent staff team. This vibrant and welcoming school is committed to providing a nurturing and inspiring learning environment where every child can thrive.

The Role:

The successful candidate will:

  • Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the KS1 national curriculum.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture, promoting the well-being and academic progress of all students.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to a supportive and high-achieving teaching team.
  • Engage with parents and carers, providing clear communication and promoting strong home-school partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
  • Proven experience teaching within the KS1 phase, with strong knowledge of the national curriculum.
  • Ability to create a stimulating and safe learning environment.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A passion for teaching and a commitment to maintaining the school’s high standards of education and care.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
