An esteemed and well-established primary school in Croydon, proudly rated GOOD by Ofsted, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Teacher to join their vibrant team on a permanent basis from April 2025.

The Role:
The successful KS2 Teacher will:
- Deliver creative and well-structured lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupil achievement and well-being.
- Contribute to the wider school community and uphold its ethos and values.
Person Specification:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, with strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
- A passion for education and a commitment to inspiring young minds.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- A proactive approach to professional development and a reflective teaching practice.
