- Caring and Positive Attitude: A nurturing, calm, and positive attitude, with a passion for helping children overcome challenges.
- Adaptability and Initiative: Flexibility in working with children of different abilities, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit their individual needs.
- Team Player: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a supportive team.
- Willingness to Learn: A proactive approach to learning new skills and strategies for supporting children with SEN.
Why join us?
- Rewarding Work: Make a lasting difference in the lives of children with SEN, helping them reach their potential.
