Teaching Personnel are recruiting for Learning Support Assistants on behalf of a local college.
The school is situated in a outdoors setting for learners with low level SEN and / or SEMH and ASD needs. The school deem developing students with life skills, not just their academic ability. Students work on their functional skills and then work on their vocational course.
The school supports KS4, KS5 and FE learners. Their objective is to deliver an environment for pupils to build natural skills and a mindset that they are passionate about.
We are looking to recruit 3 learning support assistants to join their team. The ideal assistant with be either experienced in an educational setting. This is not essential but advisable. If you have a key interest in the outdoors and looking to support children, then this could be an perfect role for you. The main objective is to help in developing the pupils to upskill and support them with their course.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
