KS3 Teacher – Full-Time, Permanent

Are you a passionate KS3 Teacher looking for a full-time, permanent role in an Independent SEN school?
Teaching Personnel’s PWR team is supporting a specialist SEN school in Christchurch in their search for a dedicated KS3 Teacher to join their team as soon as possible.
Role Details:
Location: Christchurch, Dorset
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: MPS/UPS
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to teach in a small, independent SEN school with class sizes of no more than 10 pupils, providing tailored education to students with SEN needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a broad KS3 curriculum, adapting lessons to support individual learning styles and emotional needs.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✔ Experience working with SEN/SEMH pupils in a school setting
✔ A creative and adaptable approach to teaching
✔ Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to engage students
✔ A passion for making a difference in the lives of young learners

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
