We are seeking an enthusiastic educator to join a specialist school in Cranborne, delivering engaging and accessible English lessons to students aged 11 to 18 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism, behavioural challenges, and complex and severe learning difficulties.

As an English Teacher, your role will include:

• Planning and delivering creative and accessible English lessons, tailored to a range of learning styles and abilities
• Encouraging a love of literacy and communication through engaging texts and interactive activities
• Supporting students in developing essential reading, writing, and analytical skills for both academic and everyday life
• Creating a calm, structured, and positive classroom environment that fosters confidence and progress
• Working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic support for students and help them achieve their potential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
