Start Date: 22nd April 2025 | Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 3.30pm | TypeFull-Time

Are you a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher looking to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking a committed educator to join a specialist educational setting in Poole, delivering engaging and accessible maths lessons to students with Physical Disabilities (PD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD).

This exceptional setting is known for its innovative and inclusive approach to education, providing students with a supportive and structured environment where they can develop confidence, independence, and essential life skills. With a dedicated team of educators, therapists, and support staff, the setting ensures that each student receives tailored learning opportunities, helping them to achieve their full potential both academically and personally.

As a Maths Teacher, your role will involve:

  • Planning and delivering creative and differentiated maths lessons tailored to individual learning needs
  • Using innovative teaching strategies to engage students with diverse abilities and challenges
  • Creating a positive and structured classroom environment that encourages confidence and progress
  • Working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic support for students
  • Supporting students in developing essential numeracy and problem-solving skills for real-world applications
