Job Title: Graduate Teaching Assistant

Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Sale

Job Type: Contract, Full-Time

Salary: £12.90 - £14.62 Per hour

Job Duties:

1. Supporting classroom teachers in delivering lessons

2. Assisting in the preparation of teaching materials

3. Providing one-on-one or small group support to students

4. Supervising and guiding students during activities

5. Helping to maintain a positive learning environment

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

- Relevant teaching experience or training

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team

Education:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Experience:

Prior teaching experience or relevant training preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

- Understanding of educational principles and practises

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational software

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- Ability to work with diverse student populations

Preferred Qualifications:

- Postgraduate qualification in Education or relevant field

- Experience working with special educational needs students

Working Conditions:

- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday

- Classroom and school environment

- Potential for additional training and professional development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
