About the Role:

• Student Support: Work with students displaying challenging behavior, providing guidance and support.
• Building Confidence: Encourage positive relationships and resilience in students.
• Collaboration: Liaise with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to provide tailored interventions.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• Experience in behavior support, youth work, or mentoring.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• A calm and patient demeanor with a solution-focused mindset.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
