Job Title: Exam Invigilator

Salary: £13.50 Per Hour
Contract Type: Casual / Part-time / Temporary

About the Role:
We are looking for reliable and professional Exam Invigilators to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth running of exams, maintaining exam integrity, and providing a calm and supportive environment for students.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure that examinations are conducted in accordance with exam regulations and school policies.

Set up exam rooms, including distributing papers and necessary materials.
-
Supervise candidates during exams, ensuring a quiet and orderly environment.
-
Provide assistance to students where permitted, such as reading or scribing (if required).

Report any irregularities, incidents, or misconduct during exams.
-
Collect and securely return exam scripts and materials after the exam.
-
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
-
Ability to remain calm, professional, and fair under pressure.
-
Good communication skills and the ability to interact with students and staff appropriately.
-
Punctual, reliable, and flexible with availability during exam periods.
-
Previous experience in an invigilation or educational setting is desirable but not essential.
-
A commitment to safeguarding and ensuring student welfare.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
