Social Sciences Teacher
Job description
Position: Social Science Teacher
Location : Birmingham, B30
Pay Rate: Payed to scale for all long term bookings
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Social Science Teacher to join our partnered secondary school in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social science subjects, including Health and Social Care, Psychology, and sociology and a commitment to fostering critical thinking and engagement among students.
Key Responsibilities:

Teach a range of lessons to KS3 and KS4 students

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and assessments.

Promote a positive learning environment and encourage student participation.

Stay updated with curriculum standards and best teaching practices.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Education, or related field.
-
Qualified teaching status (QTS).
-
Previous teaching experience at KS3 level and above required.
-
Strong communication and organisational skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
