Early Career Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in your subject area, ensuring all students’ individual learning needs are met.
• Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Participate in the school’s professional development and training programs.
• Contribute to the wider school community, including extra-curricular activities and pastoral support.
• Monitor and track student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
• Maintain a high standard of classroom management to promote an effective learning environment.

Requirements:

• A genuine passion for education and a commitment to supporting students' academic and personal development.
• Currently enrolled in a teacher training program or recently completed training (including those who are ECTs).
• Relevant subject degree or a clear pathway to completing the required qualification.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and flexible approach to teaching and professional growth.
• Strong commitment to the school’s ethos and values.
• Experience or interest in teaching at Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and/or Key Stage 5 is desirable.
