A dynamic and high-achieving secondary school and sixth form in Braintree, Essex, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Economics & Business Studies Teacher (ECT) to join its supportive and ambitious team. The Role:

• Teaching Economics and Business Studies across KS4 and KS5.
• Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge students.
• Assessing, tracking, and monitoring student progress to ensure outstanding outcomes.
• Contributing to the wider school community and departmental initiatives.
• Participating in CPD and professional development opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or pending completion of ECT induction.
• A degree in Economics, Business Studies, or a related subject.
• A passion for Economics and Business Studies, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
• Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to high standards of teaching and learning.
• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
