Salary: £89 - £99 Per day

Job Duties:

As a Cover Supervisor, your main responsibility will be to oversee classes in the absence of the regular teacher. Your duties include managing student behaviour, delivering pre-prepared lesson plans, ensuring a positive learning environment, and providing support to students as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• GCSEs or equivalent qualifications
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics
• Strong organisational skills

Education:

A minimum of GCSEs or equivalent qualifications are required for this role.

Experience:

Previous experience working in an educational setting or with children is desirable but not essential.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Understanding of classroom management techniques
• Ability to follow lesson plans effectively
• Good interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a school environment
• Additional qualifications in education or child development

Working Conditions:

You will be working in a school setting, following the school's timetable and policies. This role may involve standing for extended periods and interacting with students of various ages.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
