Classroom Supervisor – Flexible & Full-Time Roles Available Across Secondary Schools in Oldham

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage student behavior in the absence of the class teacher.

Support students with their learning, ensuring they stay on task and complete set work.

Ensure a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere.

Maintain accurate records of student behavior and engagement.

Provide assistance to teachers with the preparation of teaching materials and activities.

Build strong relationships with students, encouraging their development and wellbeing.

Ensure safeguarding policies and procedures are followed at all times.
Key Requirements:

Previous experience working with children or in a classroom setting (preferred, but not essential).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively.

A passion for education and helping students succeed.

Flexibility to work across multiple schools in Oldham.

Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
