Are you a recent graduate looking to kickstart your career in education? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Graduate Cover Supervisor to support our secondary schools in Wigan. What you’ll be doing:

Supervising classes in the absence of teachers, ensuring a productive and positive learning environment.

Supporting students with their learning and maintaining high standards of behavior.

Assisting with classroom management and providing guidance to students when needed.

Being a key part of the school’s staff team, helping to foster an engaging and supportive atmosphere.
What we’re looking for:

A recent graduate (any discipline) with a passion for working with young people.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A proactive attitude, willing to take initiative and adapt to different classroom settings.

Experience working with young people is desirable but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
