Graduate Cover Supervisor

What you’ll be doing:

• Supervising classes in the absence of teachers, ensuring a productive and positive learning environment.

• Supporting students with their learning and maintaining high standards of behavior.

• Assisting with classroom management and providing guidance to students when needed.

• Being a key part of the school’s staff team, helping to foster an engaging and supportive atmosphere.

What we’re looking for:

• A recent graduate (any discipline) with a passion for working with young people.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A proactive attitude, willing to take initiative and adapt to different classroom settings.

• Experience working with young people is desirable but not essential.
