About the Role: As a 1:1 General Tutor, you’ll have the unique opportunity to work closely with students, tailoring lessons to their individual needs and learning styles. Whether you're supporting with specific subjects or helping students develop essential study skills, your guidance will empower them to overcome challenges, build confidence, and thrive.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering personalised tutoring sessions in a range of subjects to students of varying abilities.
- Building a trusting, supportive relationship with each student to help them feel comfortable and motivated.
- Identifying and addressing any learning gaps, fostering growth and progress.
- Encouraging independent learning, while nurturing self-confidence and resilience.
- Offering constructive feedback and celebrating achievements, no matter how big or small.

- Previous tutoring/teaching experience required

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
