1:1 Maths Tutor
Location: Nottingham (NG3)
Responsibilities:

Provide tailored one-on-one Maths tutoring sessions.
-
Develop individualised lesson plans to suit the specific needs and learning styles of each student.
-
Support students in areas such as algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus, statistics, and other relevant topics.
-
Monitor student progress, provide regular feedback, and adjust teaching methods as necessary.
-
Create a positive, encouraging, and supportive learning environment to boost student confidence.
Requirements:
-
A degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
-
Prior tutoring experience.
-
Strong knowledge of the UK education system, including GCSE and A-Level Maths.
-
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex mathematical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
-
Patient, friendly, and adaptable approach to teaching.
-
Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
-
Teaching qualifications such as PGCE, QTS, or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
