1:1 Secondary Tutor
Location: Nottingham (NG9)
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver 1:1 tuition sessions to secondary school students.

Develop personalised lesson plans to meet the individual needs and learning styles of students.

Provide focused support in specific subjects.

Help students prepare for exams and assessments, offering targeted revision strategies.
-
Track student progress and provide regular updates.
-
Foster a positive, encouraging learning environment to build students' confidence and motivation.

Adapt teaching methods and materials to ensure maximum engagement and progress.
Skills and Qualifications:
-
A degree or relevant qualification in a subject area.
-
Previous experience in tutoring or teaching.
-
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible way.
-
Strong organisational skills and the ability to plan and structure lessons effectively.
-
Passionate about helping students succeed and reach their potential.
-
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
