About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Supply Teachers to work across a Multi-Academic Trust of secondary schools in Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for teachers looking for flexible, day-to-day work with the added benefit of consistency, as you will become familiar with the Trust’s systems, policies, and schemes of work across all three sites.

As a day-to-day supply teacher within this Trust, you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and supporting students to achieve their best. You’ll benefit from continuity in your teaching role and the ability to establish meaningful relationships with students, creating a more fulfilling and productive experience for both you and the learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering pre-prepared lessons based on the Trust's schemes of work.
• Ensuring effective classroom management and maintaining high standards of behaviour in line with Trust policies.
• Following safeguarding guidelines and upholding the school’s policies and procedures.
• Providing a supportive learning environment that engages students.
• Building rapport with students and staff across all three sites to maintain consistency in education delivery.

• Qualified Teachers (QTS or equivalent) with experience across secondary education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
