Trainee Learning Support Assistant - Stockport

Teaching Personnel is excited to offer a Trainee Learning Support Assistant position in Stockport. This role is ideal for someone looking to start or progress their career in education, with full training and support provided to help you develop your skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in providing classroom support for students with diverse needs.
Help with the development and implementation of learning resources.
Support students with tasks in and out of the classroom, ensuring their learning needs are met.
Assist with behaviour management and provide pastoral care.

Requirements:

A genuine passion for working with young people and supporting their learning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
No formal qualifications required, but any relevant experience or training will be beneficial.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
