This full-time position is available for an immediate start and will continue until the end of the academic year, with the potential for a permanent role based on performance. The pay ranges from £419.25 to £500 per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Classroom Support: Assist teachers in delivering engaging history lessons, ensuring students remain on task and understand key concepts.
• One-to-One and Small Group Interventions: Provide targeted support to students who need additional help with their learning.
• Resource Preparation: Help create and organise lesson materials to enhance students’ learning experiences.
• Behaviour and Engagement: Encourage positive behaviour and maintain a focused learning environment.
• Exam and Coursework Assistance: Support students with revision, coursework, and exam preparation.
• Progress Monitoring: Track student progress and provide feedback to teachers on areas for improvement.
