Learning Support Assistants Wanted – Autism Specialist School in Basingstoke

A specialist school in Basingstoke is looking for compassionate and committed Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join their team. This role is ideal for those with experience working with children with additional needs, especially in a school environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting pupils with Autism in their learning and development
Working closely with teachers and SEN specialists to provide tailored support
Helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with children with additional needs (essential)
Experience in an education setting (preferred)
Availability to work full-time (or at least 4 days per week)
Someone who is patient, proactive, and passionate about SEN

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
