As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll have the chance to work closely with students who require additional support, helping them to achieve their potential and thrive in a nurturing environment. You will be instrumental in providing tailored support to individual students, helping them build confidence and develop key skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with SEN.

Assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and adapt learning materials.

Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.

Foster a positive and supportive learning environment, helping students build confidence and independence.

Help with any personal care or physical support needs as required.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with children, ideally in an SEN setting.
-
A caring, patient, and empathetic approach to working with young learners.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
-
Ideally, a relevant qualification in supporting children with SEN (though not essential).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
