Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with SEN.

• Assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and adapt learning materials.

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.

• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment, helping students build confidence and independence.

• Help with any personal care or physical support needs as required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children, ideally in an SEN setting.

• A caring, patient, and empathetic approach to working with young learners.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• A willingness to learn and develop new skills.

• Ideally, a relevant qualification in supporting children with SEN (though not essential).
