Teaching Assistants Needed – Join Our Supportive Team!

Are you passionate about making a difference in children's lives? We are looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants (Level 2) to join our team and support students with SEN, behavioural needs, EAL, and disadvantaged backgrounds across all key stages.

The Role:

  • Supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), behavioural challenges, and English as an Additional Language (EAL).

  • Providing tailored support to disadvantaged pupils, ensuring they reach their full potential.

  • Working closely with teachers to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.

  • Helping to manage behaviour positively and encourage students’ confidence and independence.

Requirements:

Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
✅ Experience working with SEN, behaviour management, EAL, or disadvantaged children.
✅ Ability to work across any key stage.
✅ A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting students.

Location: Burnley

⌛ Hours: 8.30am - 3.30pm (school hours, term time only)
Salary: £13.75 - £15 per hour 
Start Date:Following the Easter break (21st April)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
