- Progress Monitoring & Feedback: Conduct insightful observations and assessments, closely tracking each student’s progress. Your feedback will provide vital information to the team, including parents and carers, ensuring that every student’s development is on the right path.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience: Ideally, you have experience working with children with SEN in an educational setting. Knowledge of various SEN, including autism spectrum disorders, sensory impairments, and communication needs, will be highly advantageous.
- Commitment: You are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children with SEN. Your patience, empathy, and passion for inclusive practices set you apart as a standout candidate.
- Safeguarding: You understand the importance of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children, and you are committed to upholding these values in all aspects of your work.
What We Offer:
- A Specialist Work Environment: Join a team of dedicated professionals in a school where your skills and contributions are celebrated. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact every single day.
