We're on the lookout for a motivated and skilled Level 3 Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to become a key player in our exceptional team, and help shape the future of our students with diverse learning needs.

Your Role in Transforming SEN Education:

  • Tailored Interventions: Deliver engaging one-on-one and small group interventions tailored to meet the unique needs of each student. From supporting those with autism and ADHD to addressing sensory impairments and other challenges, your expertise will make a real difference.
  • Positive Behavioural Support: Lead and implement positive behaviour strategies that create a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment. Your role will help ensure every student feels valued and supported in their educational journey.
  • Progress Monitoring & Feedback: Conduct insightful observations and assessments, closely tracking each student’s progress. Your feedback will provide vital information to the team, including parents and carers, ensuring that every student’s development is on the right path.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Experience: Ideally, you have experience working with children with SEN in an educational setting. Knowledge of various SEN, including autism spectrum disorders, sensory impairments, and communication needs, will be highly advantageous.
  • Commitment: You are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children with SEN. Your patience, empathy, and passion for inclusive practices set you apart as a standout candidate.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
