Teaching Personnel, in partnership with a dedicated SEN school in Bolton, offers an exciting opportunity to join our expert team as a Level 1 Teaching Assistant. This role is ideal for individuals with experience working with children who are keen to gain specialised experience in a nurturing and inclusive SEN environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Specialised Support: Provide focused assistance to students with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and other learning challenges. Your role will be crucial in helping these students thrive academically and socially.
• Positive Behaviour Support: Implement effective strategies to promote a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Your efforts will help create a space where every student feels safe and encouraged.
• Progress Monitoring: Assist in tracking student progress and provide feedback that supports their individual learning plans and development.

About You:

• Experience Working with Children: Previous experience working with children is essential. A background in supporting SEN is beneficial but not required.
• Key Attributes: You should be patient, empathetic, and committed to fostering an inclusive educational experience. A genuine desire to support children with diverse needs is crucial.
