About the Role:
As a Pastoral Leader, you will play a vital role in improving attendance and behaviour across the school. Working closely with staff, pupils, and parents, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve attendance.
  • Supporting positive behaviour initiatives to create a safe and inclusive environment.
  • Building strong relationships with families to support pupils' wellbeing and progress.
  • Collaborating with the leadership team to uphold the school’s values and ethos.

This is an exciting temp-to-perm opportunity, allowing you to grow within the school community and progress into a permanent position.
