Experienced Maths Teacher – Salford
Location: Secondary School in Salford
Start Date: After Easter 2025
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: MPS/UPS (£31,650 - £49,084 per annum)
We are looking for an experienced Maths Teacher to join our highly-regarded secondary school in Salford. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated teacher to join a supportive and high-achieving environment.
The Role:

Teach Maths to students in KS3 and KS4, with potential for A-Level teaching for the right candidate.

Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that inspire and challenge students.

Assess and monitor student progress, providing targeted support as needed.

Collaborate with the Maths department to develop schemes of work and teaching resources.

Maintain high standards of behaviour management while creating a positive learning environment.
What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK and a relevant degree in Mathematics or a related subject.

Experience teaching Maths at the secondary level.

Strong subject knowledge and a passion for mathematical thinking.

Ability to engage and motivate students of all abilities.
