Join an Ofsted graded ‘Good’ secondary school in Bury seeking a PA to their Headteacher.

-          Full time Headteacher’s PA

-          37 hours a week (8am – 4pm)

-          Salary: £23,815 term time only

-          Start date: 2^nd September 2024

Duties and responsibilities

-          Personal Assistant to the Headteacher

-          Staff Recruitment (Co-ordination for the admin of  all recruitment such as placing adverts, maintaining the Single Central Record)

-          Staff Personnel (inputting/amending staff records in SIMS)

-          Attendance Management (recording staff absences and organising meetings)

-          Clerk to Governing Body (maintaining register of governor membership)

The school is based a short drive from the centre of Bury and can be accessed via car and public transport from surrounding areas such as Rochdale, Bolton, Radcliffe and Whitefield.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
