  • Supporting students with Special Educational Needs and adapting tasks to suit individual learning styles.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • A Maths or related degree (e.g., Engineering, Economics, Physics).

  • A strong academic background and confidence with the KS3/KS4 Maths curriculum.

  • A genuine interest in pursuing a career in education or teaching.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and engage students.

  • Patience, adaptability, and a proactive approach to learning support.

  • Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, volunteering).

What’s on Offer

  • A competitive weekly pay rate of £446.90 - £500, paid through Teaching Personnel.

  • Experience working in a supportive school environment with experienced teaching staff.

  • Ongoing support and CPD opportunities through Teaching Personnel.

  • The potential for the role to become permanent, depending on performance and school requirements.
