Graduate Cover Supervisor/ Substitute Teacher

About the Role:

As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you’ll lead classrooms across Key Stage 3 and 4, delivering pre-prepared lessons in the absence of regular teachers. No prior teaching experience is needed—just strong communication skills, patience, and a genuine interest in education. This role allows you to build essential skills in leadership and classroom management while working with students of diverse ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering pre-prepared lessons across various subjects to students in Key Stage 3 and 4.

• Supporting students’ understanding of lesson content and encouraging active participation.
• Following school policies on behaviour and learning to ensure a respectful and orderly classroom.

Position Details:

• Start date: January 2025.
• Full-time and part-time roles are available based on your schedule.
• Suitable for graduates from any field of study, unqualified teachers, and experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) seeking to expand their experience.
