About the Role:

As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will step into the classroom to lead lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4, delivering pre-prepared work in the absence of regular teachers. No teaching experience is required—just excellent communication skills, confidence, and the ability to adapt to new challenges.
