About the Role:

As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will lead classrooms across Key Stage 3 and 4, delivering pre-prepared lessons in the absence of regular teachers. No teaching experience is necessary—just strong communication skills, confidence, and a positive attitude. This role is an excellent stepping stone for building leadership, classroom management, and organizational skills, while gaining insight into the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Open to graduates from all degree backgrounds, unqualified teachers, and experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSAs).
  • This position is open to UK residents only.
