Graduate Cover Supervisor

About the Role:

As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will support students' learning across Key Stage 3 and 4 by delivering pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the regular teacher. Your role will include managing the classroom environment, encouraging student engagement, and maintaining behaviour standards to create a positive learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and delivering pre-prepared lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4 for various subjects and abilities.
• Maintaining a positive and productive classroom atmosphere, ensuring appropriate behaviour and student engagement.
• Interacting with students, encouraging participation, and helping them understand lesson content.
• Following school policies on behaviour and learning to support an orderly classroom environment.
