About the Role:

As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will lead classrooms across Key Stage 3 and 4, delivering pre-prepared lessons in the absence of regular teachers. No prior teaching experience is required—just strong communication skills, confidence, and a willingness to learn. This role offers the chance to develop leadership skills, gain classroom management experience, and build valuable insight into the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students across a variety of subjects.

  • Adhering to school policies to create a respectful and supportive learning atmosphere.

Position Details:

  • Start date: December 2024.
  • Full-time and part-time roles available to suit your availability.
  • Open to graduates from all degree backgrounds, unqualified teachers, and experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSAs).
  • This position is open to UK residents only.
