Position: EYFS Early Career Teacher (Maternity Cover)
Location: Crosby
Start Date: February 2025
Contract: Full-time, Maternity Cover

Are you a passionate, dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to make a positive impact in the early years? Our warm and welcoming small primary school in the heart of Crosby is seeking an enthusiastic EYFS teacher to join our team on a full-time basis from January 2025  to cover a maternity leave.

The Role

As our EYFS teacher, you’ll play a key role in providing an engaging, play-based curriculum that encourages curiosity and inspires young minds. You will:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences that support the personal, social, and academic growth of each child.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
  • Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of teachers and support staff.

  • Qualified ECT passionate about early childhood education.
  • Creativity and enthusiasm to design a playful, inclusive curriculum.
  • Strong communication skills to build relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
  • A dedication to creating a nurturing environment where all children feel valued and inspired to learn.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
