Full-Time English Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our team immediately. This position is full-time and will initially be until October half-term, with the potential to become permanent. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a love of literature and language in students, and the ability to inspire and engage young minds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons that cater to the needs of all students.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices and resources.
  • Participate in school events, parent meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching English at secondary level
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to start immediately
