The Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative ECT to join our team. As a permanent, full-time member of our agency, you’ll have the opportunity to teach and shape the learning experiences of students, working closely with experienced educators who will guide and mentor you throughout your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons that support the curriculum and meet students’ learning needs.

  • Collaborate with colleagues and school staff to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.

  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.

  • Actively participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching practice.

  • Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes respect and learning.

Essential Criteria:

  • A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) and eligibility to work as a teacher in Birmingham. If you have not yet completed your PGCE/ QTS year we still want to hear from you! 

  • Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.

  • Enthusiasm for continuous professional growth and development.

  • A proactive approach to learning and teaching.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
