Lower KS2 Teacher Required – Telford (TF1)
Position: Lower KS2 Teacher (Long-Term)
Location: Telford (TF1)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Temporary
Start Date: 1st September 2025
Essential Requirements: QTS and experience teaching in Key Stage 2
A primary school in Wellington, Telford (TF1) is seeking a Lower KS2 Teacher to join their team for a long-term role covering the autumn and spring terms. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, offering an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive and engaging school environment.
The Role:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Lower Key Stage 2 curriculum.

Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports all pupils.

Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback to support development.

Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to enhance student outcomes.

Uphold the school’s values and contribute to the wider school community.
The Ideal Candidate:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has experience teaching Key Stage 2.

Passionate about engaging and inspiring young learners.

Strong classroom management skills with the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning needs.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, fostering positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
