Cover Supervisor required for a secondary school in Waterlooville

A well-regarded secondary school in a semi-rural setting is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Cover Supervisor to join its vibrant and forward-thinking team. Responsibilities:

  • Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff, ensuring students remain on task with the work set
  • Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school’s policies
  • Assist students with any questions or difficulties they may have regarding the work
  • Support teaching staff by providing general classroom assistance
  • Work flexibly across different subjects and year groups
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment in the classroom
