Full-Time Cover Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cover Supervisor to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to supporting students and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
  • Ensure students remain on task with the work set by the absent teacher.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Support students with their learning and address any questions they may have.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning.
  • Participate in school events and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with secondary school students.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to start immediately.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to cover a range of subjects.
